Full Potential and R3VAMP are teaming up to bring the ultimate fitness and performance program to Newburyport.

Students will learn proper technique and progressions of athletic training with CrossFit coach Kaitlyn Brosnan on Mondays. On Thursdays students will work with R3VAMP Performance Specialist Michael Hicks to develop reaction time, hand-eye coordination, and sports performance techniques.
