One of the principles of CrossFit theory is to prepare for the unknown and unknowable.
March has brought us a whole lot of unknowable: snow emergencies, power outages, wind damge, and this morning we topped it all off with a burst pipe and some serious flooding. We anticipate that the gym will be ready to go for yoga tomorrow morning at 10am.
YOGA is rescheduled to 10am this week only.
If anyone wants to help out we will be moving equipment around 8am.
