18.6 will be a partner workout.  Since each team has an odd # of players team captains will not be eligible to score points this week.

The workout will run all day Friday and teams will have until Monday at 8pm to submit scores.  Partners can be same sex or does but must complete the workout together.

Start planning now, but workout details will be posted Thursday night and will be an All-Levels workout, so no need for scaling options.
