Open Draft Party 6:30pm this Friday at CFFP!

It’s a potluck so bring whatever you would like as long as it’s whole life challenge or paleo approved.

We will be raffling off a lululemon item and bear grips will be selling gear- (knee, shin, and elbow sleeves as well as wrist wraps and Crossfit grips.) sign up on the whiteboard at the gym this week if you plan on coming. You do not have to be signed up for the open to come!

THE DRAFT
This year coaches will go head to head with teams. Each of you will be on one of four teams led by either Geoff, Addie, Nick A, or Sandy. Members on team will be pre-drafted by the coaches and announce at Friday night’s draft announcement. Teams will then be set up with a facebook group for score reporting and communication with their coach.

We will explain the scoring system for the CFFP Open and answer any other questions Friday night. Can’t wait to see you there!
