WORKOUT OF THE DAY

FITNESS

A1) Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat: 8-10 x 4 Sets; Rest 1min btwn legs
A2) Wide-Grip Pullup: 5-7 strict  @20X1 x4; Rest 1min.
B) 4 Rounds
15 Back Squats
30/20 Cal Row

PERFORMANCE

B) 4 Rounds
15 Overhead Squats
30-24 Cal Airbike
