This Monday, November 12th @ CFFP:

All Classes will be doing the hero WOD “GLEN” in honor of Glen Doherty.  Register for class like any other Monday, but there is no 5:30am or 7:30pm class.  Kids class will be at 3:30pm as usual.

30 DB HPC + P. Press
Run/Row 1 Mile
30 Pullups
Run/Row 1 Mile
100 Burpees or NP Burpees

 

Additional scaling options will be made available and the workout can be done as a partner WOD where both partners run together then one works and one rests for the C&J, pull ups and burpees.
