A) Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat:

10 min EMOM: 6 reps. Alternate legs each minute for 5 total sets per leg.

Conventional Split Squat

B) 25 min EMOM:

Minute 1 – 30 Double Unders + 8-10 Toes-to-Bar
Minute 2 – 12-15 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
Minute 3 – 30 Double Unders + 3-5 Muscle-Ups (8-10 C2B)
Minute 4 – 15/10 Calorie Assault Bike
Minute 5 – Rest

Fitness:
Minute 1 – 15 BJSD or 30 Russian Step-Up
Minute 2 – 15 PVC OHS
Minute 3 – 20 Walking Lunge
Minute 4 – 10 H.R. Pushup + 8 Ring Row
