100m Sled Push; Rest 2 min

100m Heavy Farmers Walk; Rest 2 min

B) Barbell RDL … 2″ deficit optional: 3-5 Reps E2M for 10min, ascending each set

C) Performance- Tabata AirBike

Fitness- Tabata Row or Ski
