This class is included in the Unlimited Membership and counts as one class in the other memberships. Non members are welcome for a $20 drop in or $99/month. unning the evening classes there will be nothing short of a good sweat.

What to expect: this class will be dominantly a running class, with options to row/bike/ski to work with injuries. We will be working on running technique, mobility, pace work, interval training, time trial runs, core strength, and more!

Prepare for challenging fun and expect to crush those 5Ks this summer!
