Tabata  (8 rounds of :20 on and :10 off)
Movement #1: Burpee
Movement #2: Air squat
Movement #3: push up
Movement #4: situp 

 

16 MIN EMOM 
Min 1: 20  jumping air squats
Min 2: 15 STRICT burpees
Min 3: 30 alternating V ups
Min 4: 12 straight arm plank alternating walks (6 in each direction)
