We strive to make every client the best they can be in a safe and supportive environment. Danny Vadala

ABOUT DANNY
Danny is all about helping kids and adults reach their full potential. He taught Physical Education at the Pine Grove School in Rowley, coaches youth lacrosse, and works as a consultant to several private schools, gyms, youth programs, and CrossFit affiliates. He has been coaching youth sports since 2000 and fitness since 2004.

Geoff Turke
Head Coach
ABOUT GEOFF
Coach Geoff is the program director for our Group CrossFit program, and specializes in individual programming for competitive athletes. He was previously enlisted in the US Army and worked for the YMCA Teen Leadership program following that.

Kaitlyn Brosnan
ABOUT KAITLYN
Kaitlyn competed in college track and field athlete. She found CrossFit after having her son in 2014: “I needed a supportive community and a physical challenge. CrossFit has pushed me to become stronger, healthier, and more confident.”
She coaches youth programs, women’s programs, and Group CrossFit classes. Kaitlyn believes in the importance of physical health and a community/belonging as a road to improved mental health.

Michael Kochansky
ABOUT MICHAEL
Mike has been CrossFitting since 2009. He coaches our early morning Group CrossFit classes and is the program director for the Pump functional bodybuilding classes. His attention to detail and focus on proper movement progression has made him an asset to our coaching staff, so much so that he is often referred to as “Coach of the Year” by our clients.

Erin Gilmartin
ABOUT ERIN
Erin is the program director for our Women’s Only Program, and TONE Bootcamp. Erin joined CFFP in 2014 as a 55th birthday present to herself. She had spent 7+ years trying to manage chronic back pain with yoga and other therapies; after six months at CFFP she was pain free! In 2019 Erin retired from her day job and pursued her CrossFit Level 1 training to celebrate. Erin believes that age is an asset, not a limitation!
Her motto is “Modification – Accommodation -Safety”

Ginny King, RD
ABOUT GINNY
Ginny is program director for the CFFP Nutrition Program and our Running Club. She has been teaching all types of fitness classes for over a decade. She found CrossFit while running her own business as a means of stress relief and received her L1 certification when she was 33 weeks pregnant with her third child. Ginny is a registered dietitian with a masters degree in public health. She also teaches, precepts, and mentors nutrition students.

Clark Webb
ABOUT CLARK
Clark has been coaching at CFFP since 2013. He is a stickler for form and function. He believes that something is better than nothing and if people stay consistent, change will occur. Clark is also a video creator who develops content for his original YouTube channel, WebbVenture TV, which represents much of what Clark strives for in the gym: helping others become who they are meant to be in both mind, body & spirit.

Lauren Bean
ABOUT LAUREN
Lauren coaches both group CrossFit classes and youth classes. She is a life-long athlete and a 4-year soccer player at Bentley after walking on as a freshman. She found CrossFit in 2018, joining CFFP to get in shape for her senior soccer season. Lauren has transformed herself athletically over the last year, with a deep focus on nutrition and skill development in the gym. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education for physical education at Salem State.
