Performance:

Min 1: 5 Lateral Burpee Over Parallette + 2-4 Bar MU (6-8 C2B)

Min 2: 5 Lateral Burpee Over Parallette + 10 Thruster (75/55)

Min 3:5 Lateral Burpee Over Parallette + 8-10 T2B

 

Fitness:

Min 1: 5 NP Burpee + 10 DB Thruster

Min 2: 5 NP Burpee + 10-15 Tuck Crunches

Min 3: 5 NP Burpee + 15 Russian KBS
