Workout of the Day for Thursday 11/10

Strength:

Bench Press – Build up to a Heavy Single

Conditioning:

Rounds of 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Reps of:

Dumbbell Power Snatch Left

Dumbbell Power Snatch Right

2 Burpee Sprints after each Round

The following videos are a great example of DB Power Snatch Technique.  The weight can be take from a few inches off the ground if you are using smaller dumbbells:
