5 Front Squats (ascending each set)

Max Effort Hollow Rocks (cap at one minute)

90 Seconds Rest

 

Conditioning:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 minutes of the following:

10 Hand-Release Pushups

20 Situps

30 Double Unders
