 Kettlebell Snatch

20 Minutes skill work

CONDITIONING:

7 Rounds

2 Snatch Grip Deadlift

2 Hang Power Snatch

2 Overhead Squats

increase weight each round as perfect form allows

20 minute cap

CASHOUT:

2 Minute Max PushUps
