WOD for Tuesday January 22nd:

STRENGTH:

5-3-1 Press

Numbers are posted on the wall.  5 reps on the first set, 3 on the second set and as many as possible on the last.   Let the coach know the number of reps on your last set.

Note:  It is important that you use the weights listed.

CONDITIONING:

5 Rounds

15 Wall Ball

15 Push Ups

15 Broad Jumps

15 Dips
