WOD for Thursday September 11th:

Joggin’ for Frogmen organized this race in honor of SO1 William Blake Marston, of Concord, NH, who passed away during a training exercise on 1/10/15. In six years of service, Blake was an accomplished SEAL, selected to an elite SEAL level and decorated with numerous awards, but he was also simply “the kind of guy you’d want your children to be around.” Humble, kind, conscientious, and driven, Blake excelled at all he pursued, whether competing as an athlete, volunteering for his community, serving as a SEAL, or loving his family & friends.
