  We are using all of this information as the basis of our strength program starting in January.  Get in today and get it done.  Make sure the coach writes down your results.

We need the results by December 22nd.  Make-up testing during open gym on Saturday.  If you can’t make either of those sessions talk with Dan or Melissa.
