Skill Test Day


Complete the following in order with as much rest as needed between efforts.  Take only one attempt at each skill once you warm it up.  Only 60 minutes will be allowed including group warmups.

  1. Max Handstand Hold
  2. 50 PullUps
  3. Max Double Unders in 2 minutes
  4. 100 PushUps
  5. Max Rope Climbs in 90 seconds
  6. Max SitUps in 2 minutes
  7. 1RM Deadlift
