Snatch Grip Deadlift

2 minute rest between sets

CONDITIONING:

10 rounds

:90 seconds per round

2 Power Cleans 135/95#

3 Front Squats

4 Burpees

Rest remainder of time in round

If you do not complete a round within the :90 rest for one full round

CASHOUT:

4x200m sprints
