BUDDY WEEK

It’s Buddy Week at Full Potential

November 9th-14th

Members can bring a buddy to any class. Any BUDDY is welcome … a buddy is anyone who is not currently a member.  If your buddy signs up for a membership you will receive a $50 credit toward your next bill.  Any BUDDY that signs up will also get their OnRamp free if they sign up during Buddy Week.

 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY
STRENGTH:
Split Squats
10-8-6-4 each leg
15 Minutes to a 1RM OHS
WOD:
Fitness
Performance
20 Minute AMRAP
In Teams of Two
Alternate Rounds
6 Hand Release Push Up
8 Goblet Squats
10 Sit Ups

If the KB touches the floor anytime during
the workout complete 10 burpees
before continuing
20 Minute AMRAP
Odds: 3 Squat Snatch
Evens: 6 Strict K2E
