Time to test your hard work from the last three months of 5-3-1 and have some fun!
Heats of 6 people, you will have 3 attempts at your best lift for the Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift
Please arrive on time and plan to be at the gym for 1 1/2 hours.
15 Pull Ups
20 Air Squats to Med Ball
10 Becks Burpees
15 Unbroken Pull Ups
20 Squats AFAP
