5-3-1 Lifting Schedule January 2015

Monday – Deadlift

Tuesday – Press

Thursday – Back Squat

Friday – Close Grip Bench Press

 If you are going to miss a lift please plan to make it up during open gym or double up on a day you will be lifting.

Jim Wendler’s 5-3-1 Method is a great way to build strength, while staying lean and athletic.  This program will NOT bulk you up … but it WILL get you STRONG LIKE BULL.
