The Crossfit Full Potathalon

A 6 piece event that will test a few different aspects of your fitness. While it is not all encompassing when it comes to your fitness, it will give you a good idea of where you stack up and where your biggest needs for improvement are. There will be Rx and Scaled versions of each event, and there will be a way for everyone to participate!
