WOD for Wyatt – Friday July 27th

As many of you know Abby and Bryant Mitchell recently were blessed with a second son, Wyatt.  Wyatt was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis in utero, was born early and had to have surgery to remove a blockage in his intestines.  Its been a tough road, but Wyatt (whose name means strength of a warrior) is now feeding pretty regularly and the Mitchells hope to be able to bring him home from the hospital very soon.
I did this workout Thursday with Bryant at Reebok CrossFit One.  This is how the Reebok CrossFit community showed their support to the Mitchells.  Since we are lucky enough to be friends with Abby and Bryant and to have them as a part of our community here at Full Potential, this Friday we WOD for Wyatt.
This Friday is open to all CrossFit members and CrossFit FP alumni at no charge.  If you’ve used your visits up for the week, come anyway.  Lets show the Mitchells that we’re here to support them as they embark on this journey to give Wyatt a long and healthy life.
