Here’s Ty’s before and after pics. He lost 14.4 pounds in 30 days!! Do you have an excuse for not eating Paleo? With the exception of a 3am English Muffin on day 27 in the maternity ward, Ty stayed true to the Whole30 in his wife’s final month of pregnancy and through the birth of their little girl Alba Mae. He’s also kicking butt at the workouts this month!
