Whole30 Challenge Day 2:

Tuesday is your last chance to get your before pictures and weight logged in.   At the end of the 30 days everyone wishing to compete must write an essay explaining what changes occured during the whole30/how it affected your life, training, etc.  Best essay will be considered along with the pictures and weigh-ins.
