Filthy Fifty

Box jump, 24/20
Jumping pull-ups
KB swings 53/35
Walking Lunge
Knees to elbows
Push press, 45/35
Good Mornings
Wall ball  20/14
Burpees
Double unders

If you’ve been here less than 8 weeks scale to a Dirty 30, less than 4 weeks scale to rounds of 10 with a 20 minute time limit.

Open Gym 7-9am

Team Workout 9am
