Sunday Session – 12.1 Redux

If you’d like to take a 2nd attempt at the first Open workout you can do so on Sunday morning from 11-12.  Braden and C.J. will be opening up the gym for one hour only.  My suggestion would be to get there right at 11am and get a solid warmup in … 5 minutes doesn’t cut it.  If you were unhappy with your results today think about what you could do differently tomorrow.
