When you register, put the team name as CrossFit Full Potential … according to the registration instructions we all need to have it typed in the exact same way: CrossFit Full Potential
The WOD on August 2nd will be a 5k run … 5:30am and 6:30am classes will be held as scheduled but the 4:30pm WOD will be cancelled. The occasional 5k or 10k run pops up on CrossFit.com, so rest assured this is part of your training routine. “Constantly varied functional movements executed at High Intensity”
