HOURS and WOD for Tuesday October 30th:

Full Potential will be closed tomorrow morning.  We plan to open for the noon class and resume the regular schedule.  If that needs to change due to power outages, flooding, etc. we will post it here as soon as possible.

CONDITIONING:

EMOM for 10 min.
5 Thruster (135/95)
5 Burpee

For every round you don’t finish there is a 1 min. Plank Hold penalty.  Barbells may only be used for Thrusters if you can hold the bar in your front rack position with no pressure on the wrists.  Otherwise you must use two kettlebells.
