1 Strict HSPU
Add 1 rep on each movement each round.
1 Cal AirBike
1 Pushup
Add 1 rep on each movement each round.
C) Rest 4 Minutes:

5 DU
1 Burpee
Add 5 DU and 1 Burpee Each Round
10 Single Unders
1 NP Burpee
Add 10 SU and 1 NP Burpee Each Round
