FGB Redux

“FIGHT GONE BAD”

3 Rounds with One-minute Rest between each Round.  Score is the total # of reps.

Each Round consists of One Minute at each of the following stations:

  • Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
  • Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
  • Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
  • Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
  • Row: calories (Calories)

We will be completing this in alternating “Tabata” fashion.  20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest throughout the cycle written above.  Giddyup!
