You can make up the Total at any class on Friday

or during OPEN Gym (6:30am-8am) Saturday

Full Potential Spring WOD Series

“The Heroes”

This Spring we are offering a special series of workouts (dates below).  These workouts will be open to anyone who wants to participate.  Invite your friends from other boxes, your spouse, your siblings, and your neighbors.

Each workout will be split up into three divisions based on ability level and scaling.  This is a friendly competition with prizes in all divisions.  Results will be recorded based on athlete honor and judges will be roaming around spot checking movements and rep counts.  There will also be coaches in the gym to keep participants safe and held accountable to movement standards.  Stay tuned for updates on sponsors.  Overall, this is about having a fun community event a couple times per month after this brutal winter.

3 Levels so EVERYONE can participate

When you register you will be sent a Movement Questionnaire so that we can assign you to the appropriate heat/workout.  Please return your questionnaire promptly.  Any athlete who does not return the questionnaire will be placed in the Beginner WOD

HERO WODs will be Released the Saturday prior to the event
