Congratulations on a Successful Whole30 Challenge!

As of Thursday morning we are officially through our Whole30.  Congratulations to everyone who took part and decided to make a healthy change in their lives.  30 days of clean eating and CrossFit are a great start!!

Weigh-Ins are tomorrow, as well as the performance test.  Take a look at exactly how you completed “Angie” one month ago and repeat with the exact same modifications, FOR TIME!!  Hopefully everyone sees some good performance gains after their hard work this month.
