A few housekeeping notes:

*Spartan Race heats have mostly sold out for Saturday, so the consensus is that we’ll move our energy to the Yankee Homecoming events.  Stay tuned for more info.

*Parking for FP members is directly in front of our doors only.  Parking in front of our neighbors’ units is not cool, whether you think they’re open or not.  There is plenty of parking along the grass, as well as in front of units 1 & 2 which are currently vacant if there is need for overflow.  Thanks!!

*Stay hydrated before and after your workouts.  Its hot and humid this week!!  Working up a good sweat is a great way to detoxify after the holiday weekend.
