Fight Gone Bad Six – Test Run!!

Given this weekend’s tragic loss of American special forces it is important to remember the people who have real problems.  Please keep the family members of these brave men in your thoughts.  This was the biggest single loss the Navy Seals have suffered in their history, followed by the loss in Operation Red Wing, where Lieutenant Michael Murphy (of the Hero WOD Murph) was killed.

One of the charities we are raising money for with our Fight Gone Bad fundraiser is the The Special Operations Warrior Foundation:
The Special Operations Warrior Foundation provides full scholarship grants and educational and family counseling to the surviving children of special operations personnel who die in operational or training missions and immediate financial assistance to severely wounded special operations personnel and their families.

Monday’s WOD:


3 Rounds with One-minute Rest between each Round.  Score is the total # of reps.

Each Round consists of One Minute at each of the following stations:

  • Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
  • Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
  • Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
  • Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
  • Row: calories (Calories)
