5-3-1 Back Squat

Last week for this cycle so its 5 reps on the 1st set, 3 reps on the second set and as many as possible on the last set.

Keep good form throughout, the reps DO NOT COUNT if you are not below parallel.

CONDITIONING:

3 Rounds

250m Row

20 KB Swings

15 Box Jumps

10 Push Ups
