11 Double Unders

12 Handstand Push Ups

You know the drill, 1, 2 & 1, 3 & 2 &1…just like the song.  Subtract 1 second from your time if you sing “12 Days of Christmas” the entire time it takes you to complete the workout and 2 seconds if you wear an ugly Christmas sweater!
