First and Foremost, thank you all for being here and being ready to adjust our routines.  The reality of not seeing you all face to face this week is a tough one to deal with, but I’m excited to get the virtual workouts going.  CrossFit theory has always told us to train for the unknown and the unknowable … so here we are.  I’ve already got the kids ready to hit some at-home workouts with Dad.


Monday’s workout is now live on SugarWOD.  We did a Zoom meeting this morning at 6am …. the NEXT Zoom videoconference will be at 9:30am to answer any questions about modifications, workout expectations, etc.  This is also a good time to ask about how to access the workouts and videos if you’re new to SugarWOD.  I will add Zoom meeting times throughout the day based on what I get for emails requesting specific times.  Bear with us on day one … this will get cleaner and easier as we go.


For those already on SugarWOD: once in the app you will notice in each section of the workout that “Workout prep notes available.”  This is where you will find the demo videos.  Forgive me for the rough cut demo videos that were completed at home Sunday night.  The videos and format will improve as we adapt to the new format.  After your workout log results, leave comments, etc.
