Workout of the Day for Tuesday 6/19:

Schedule Additions starting tomorrow!!

Tuesday:  6:30pm-7:15pm  Open Practice/Skills Work … this is a 45-minute open gym time to be used to practice skills and do some lifting.  This is NOT a time to do a conditioning workout.

Wednesday: 4:30pm CrossFit Group Class

We are also considering changing the Saturday schedule due to multiple requests to make classes earlier.  Please comment below on whether you’d like to keep the schedule on Saturday as it is now, or as follows:

6:30-8am Open Gym

8am – Cooperative Class

9am – Competitive Class
