HYDRATE! HYDRATE! HYDRATE!

It’s hot and humid … take care of yourselves and stay hydrated this week.  Drink lots of water and get your salts in so that you hold on to it!

 

STRENGTH:

Back Squat

20 Rep Max

 

CONDITIONING:

3 Rounds/1 Minute Each Station:

Slam Balls

Kettlebell Swings

Double Unders

Toes through Rings -or- V-Ups

REST
