Workout for Monday

Strength

Fitness: 4 Sets of 5 Pendlay Row, followed by 12-15 BB Hip Thrusts

Performance: 4 Sets of 5 Weighted Pullup, followed by 10-12 GHD Hip Extensions

Conditioning

Fitness – 6 Rounds for Time:

8 DB Thrusters/10 Burpees/12 Box Jumps or Step-Ups/14 Situps

Performance – 6 Rounds of AMRAP :90/Rest :90

3 Thrusters (135/95) / 5 Box Jumps (24/20) / 7 Burpees
