GYM NOTES:

I ordered two cases of chalk.   We’re averaging just over one case of chalk per year.  I assume that will increase with membership, but alot of people still mis-use chalk around the gym.  Its my fault for not educating you properly.  Here’s the deal:

1. Chalk is good, when used correctly, to keep the hands from slipping on a barbell or pullup bar when you get sweaty.

2. If your hands look like those of a mime, you’ve used too much.  Chalk lightly my friends.  Too much chalk will actually cause you to rip your hands up.  Ouch.

3. Keep your hands in the bucket, dear Liza, dear Liza.   This will conserve the chalk and limit the mess.

4.  If you leave chalk prints on the floor, barbell, kettlebell, pullup bar, etc you’re expected to clean them up before you leave the gym.

5. Go Forth, and Chalk Up.
