DRIVE is included in your membership as a visit, and is open to the public.  Class runs from 8:30am to 9:15am Tuesday and Thursday with Coach Sarah.

CROSSFIT KIDS Class with Coach Danny runs every Monday at 3:30pm and Wednesday at 6:30pm.  Contact us if you have a child interested in a free trial class.
