A. 5 x 3 Weighted Pull Ups

B. 5 x 8 Low-Carry Step Ups each side

CONDITIONING:

2 Rounds

2 minutes Row for calories

1 minute rest

2 minute AMRAP

10 Box Jumps/10 Push Ups

1 minute rest

2 minute AMRAP

5 burpees/10 goblet squats
