WOD for Wednesday January 2nd:

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

 

 Now that winter is here please remember that outside shoes should not been worn for the workout.  Please bring a separate pair of shoes for use during your workout.   Wearing outdoor shoes throughout the gym not only makes a mess of the floor but when the mats get wet they are slippery.

 

STRENGTH:

Take 15 Minutes to work up to a Heavy Thruster

CONDITIONING:

Tabata Squat

4 Minutes Rest

then

30-20-10

KB Swings

Box Jumps

V-Ups

CASHOUT:

2 Minutes Max PushUps
