12 minutes to a 1RM Bench Press

CONDITIONING:

20 Double Unders

15 Sit ups

5 Squat Snatches

perform 3 rounds

rest 2 minutes

perform 2 rounds

rest 1 minute

perform 1 round

**If you haven’t completed your CrossFit Total in the last week, you need to make it up THIS WEEK!**  Email dan@crossfitfullpotential.com to set up a time to come in and get it done, or come in at one of the following times:

Tuesday 7:30am

Wednesday 11am

Thursday 3:30pm

Friday 11am

Friday 6:30pm

Saturday 6:30am-8am

HOLIDAY HOURS

We will close after the 4:30pm class on Christmas Eve.  Get in get your workout done and get home to your family!
