Starting Sept 14, 2013

NEW  Six Week Running Technique Class:

  • Reduce Injuries by utilizing proper body position.
  • Work less by learning to use gravity to your advantage.
  • Master technique with drill and skill work.
  • Run Faster by mastering tempo.

Saturdays at 7am, starting Saturday September 14th.  $100 includes membership to our Endurance program for the remainder of 2013, with unlimited visits to Endurance Classes Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Fridays at 7am.
