NEW Six Week Running Technique Class:
- Reduce Injuries by utilizing proper body position.
- Work less by learning to use gravity to your advantage.
- Master technique with drill and skill work.
- Run Faster by mastering tempo.
Saturdays at 7am, starting Saturday September 14th. $100 includes membership to our Endurance program for the remainder of 2013, with unlimited visits to Endurance Classes Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Fridays at 7am.
