Deadlift

1 set max reps

More 5-3-1!  Please use the weights provided by the coach and let him/her know the number of reps you got on your last set.

CONDITIONING:

10 Single Arm KB Swing Left
10 Single Arm KB Push Press Left
10 Racked KB Lunges Left
10 Single Arm KB Swing Right
10 Single Arm KB Push Press Right
10 Racked KB Lunges Right
